  • Well I may have to update this review later today after the purchase has gone down but so far, Arrowhead Honda has been great. We are working with Celeste who came to us as a recommendation from a friend. She was happy to put the keys in our hand and let us test drive till our hearts' content. She was able to procure my Sky Blue Insight from SanTan Honda without any hassle and she did it all with a great attitude and without offering us some other sub-standard car. Couldn't be happier with the way this has played out up till now. Going to make the transaction tonight and hopefully all five stars will remain. UPDATE: I just can't leave it at 5 stars. While Celeste was the most helpful and sweetest car sales(wo)man I've ever had, the finance guy was a douche. Not only were we paying cash for both the Insight and CR-V but we had come in the day before with all of our paperwork so that our final purchase stuff would go quickly. We showed up at 330 and didn't get out till about 8! There was a lot of paperwork and that was fine, but we literally waited almost an hour for the finance guy to do the paperwork for both cars before we could even sign that stuff. Waiting around to pay is the WORST! In all, it was a good experience, but last night was excruciating. Thankfully, I won't have to buy a new car for a LONG time.
