  • This place is terrible, and shouldn't be in business. They messed up my order, which I needed for a business trip. The items didn't arrive before I left, so I contacted customer service to have them re-route the shipping to where I would be staying. Two different agents assured me they made the shipping change, though two days later I got an email from UPS saying the items would still be delivered at my home address. They took almost no responsibility for the issue, and offered 0 compensation for their mistakes. My experience could not have been less "Overnight" than their name suggests. Don't order from this miserable company.
