  • If you are looking for a great doctor you found him, but the money grabbing office policies may make you want to look elsewhere. As it goes, Dr. Lelani seems competent, caring and possibly a great doctor. However, his office policies to generate billing not only hurts the patients but is a valid reason why insurance premiums keep increasing. His office policies require you to come into the office each time to review lab results, which cost time from work and co-pays. In my personal experience, when my other doctors run test that have a negative result, they would just call and say all is well. Not this office, nope, they want my money, even when there is no follow up care because I am seeing another doctor for the care of the condition, yet they make you come in wait for well after you appt time just to get the results. I can understand if you need to discuss medical options, etc. or follow up on continued care then an appointment is necessary. Not solely to give a negative test result with no further action. Also, most of the office staff is rude or completely incompetent. A really frustrating experience!
