When a mistake is made, and lets face it, we all make them, the best course of action is to accept it and fix it if you can. I was contacted by the area manager of Service King, Monty. I was immediately put at ease as he apologized for how I was treated and set a course to make things right. He had the car towed back to their shop, made it safe to drive, and even replaced the smaller trunk battery because it was dead. He met me at the store today and turned the car over to me, and it now sits in my garage where my son and I will begin the process of making it road worthy again.
