| - This is an update to my previous review . First of all I am an honest person. Every single thing I stated in my first review is true.
1. When I first scrubbed the device with a tissue only your dental assistant was in the room , and there WAS debris that came off of the device. I wish I would have taken a picture of the tissue , but I was too disgusted at the time.
2. Your assistant quickly grabbed it and REFUSED to let me have it back to photograph it until "the doctor" had seen it. This is FACT.
3. I did NOT leave the review 5 minutes after I left . I left the review after I called another dental office, my family friend who is a dentist in Pasadena, CA and talked to my girlfriend about it when I was at home , probably 1 hour after I left.
4. Yes I never showed the other dentists the picture , but when I described the device which was all bitten up and discolored they did say that it was abnormal.
5. True, it may not have been blood , but I fail to see how heat sterilizing plastic can create brown crusty residue . The picture speaks for itself. Whatever it is, burnt plastic, chemicals, blood, melted saliva, I have no idea. All I know is that those types of debris should never be in anyone's mouth.
6. How dare you comment on my race and appearance. This is 2017. It doesn't matter if I'm an African-American female, Asian male or Caucasian child. What does that have to do with anything ? Are you racist ? Do you dislike people of certain ethnicity? How is that even relevant ?
The fact that you are getting so defensive says it all. If you really are one of the top dentists in this city then please act like it. Thank you for showing your true colors, and have a wonderful day.
