  • Has definitely gone downhill the last few years. I left it as my service for convenience but the last straw is when their manager came for an upgrade service and couldn't get the pool pump basket out. They said it was stuck and would need a repair. I agreed to have their serviceman come out and he then said we needed a whole new filter! I immediately called my brother and had him troubleshoot with me. All I did was do a much needed backwash and my pool is sparkling clean. Also, I was able to get the pump basket out by myself. After quoting me $1400 for the pool filter for a part I could get $700 elsewhere (they said $1100 for the exact same part), I decided the past years of constantly saying my pool was needing repair was no longer to be a trusted statement by this company.
