I'm loyal for two reasons:
1) The coupons I get for real service work (not an oil change as I could care less)
2) The service I receive. No one plays games about the work my vehicles need. And I've taken in 3 over the years plus had one checked before buying and decided not to buy it.
This eastside location has some comparisons worth noting since they consolidated after the whole BailOut reorganization of Chrysler. Now, there's popcorn awaiting you in the popper. A coffee/tea/cocoa station to make your own. It's not the Cadillac dealership in terms of the gratis items but that's not what I'm here for.
When they are too pricey about the service costs; I go to Luke's.
And they do have Wi-fi. You'd think most every dealership has it but nope Kayser Ford does not.
