I have been going to this nail salon for about a year now & I go at least 1-2 times per month. I have never had a bad experience and their customer service is exceptional. (Kevin always does my manicures and he is awesome!)
Yesterday, I had gone for a mani/pedi with my best friend (her first time here). The owner had been getting multiple phone calls from another female customer who was dissatisfied with her Gel manicure service. She had claimed her gel was coming off & nails were lifting after 3 days. The owner was trying to work with her & let her know her satisfaction is important to him. He even advised for her to come down to the salon and they would fix the issues with the nails.
Well, the irate customer did show up at the salon with her child and mother. The lady started berating the owner in front of all the customers & was belittling not just him but his ethnicity, background & business. It was extremely uncomfortable & he did his best to deescalate the situation. Finally, after about 20 mins of her making a scene, he refunded her and she left. I felt so bad for him. He apologized to everyone in the salon. I thought he was extremely professional and held his composure best he could. It did not change my opinion on his business or my experiences there.
I would definitely recommend going here. I don't think anyone would be dissatisfied (unless you were this crazy woman) hahaha
