  • The staff is friendly but the quality of the product is questionable. My husband bought my wedding/engagement ring combo. Was a large stone. For two years, I have had to have the ring in there constantly. The 2.75 carot center stone fell off, the entire setting, within 3 months of getting the ring. Side stones have fallen out. Overall, I would say, don't waste your money. I am afraid to wear my wedding ring for fear of losing the stones. Great prices but if the quality isn't there, don't waste your money. I have had to have my ring with them to be repaired way to many times. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
