  • DONT EVER GO HERE TO PURCHASE A CAR! Although my car buying experience was in 2013, it was the WORST car buying experience I have ever had. I came on Yelp to write a glowing review for a Computer Repair Store I just went to, and decided to look at the reviews on Planet Hyundai..wish I looked at these before. Long Story Short: 1.Salesman lied that the Elantra Ltd w/tech package came with the app that will auto start your car. 2. I was going to pay cash, and of course the salesman had to call over the Manager to make the deal; He told me there was 0% financing. So I decided to go that route and when I went to sign the docs was told that there wasnt any deal like that. The Manager had the audacity to tell me he never said that!!! It was a total bait and switch! I believe when they are dealing with a woman, they think we are all stupid. I was about to walk out and they called in the GM who made things right. I left with the car to find a warning light on; they sent me out with a brand new car needing air in the tires. Went back and it took 2 hours for them to fix this! Had multiple problems with the tires in the first few months. This shouldn't happen on a brand new car! 3. Found out the hard way that there is NO SPARE TIRE, when I blew out the tire within the 1st month. Really? No spare? The blow up kit doesn't help when the tire is ripped. Pathetic! I ended up buying a spare tire and rim because I'm a Realtor and on the road everyday. Could not afford to be w/o a spare. I took the car to CarMax 2 weeks after I bought it to see how much I could sell the car for; but the loss would have been substantial, and it was ridiculous to lose that much money. I kept the car for 2 years and recently went to Lexus of Henderson to purchase my gorgeous new car. It was such a civil experience compared to buying from PH. What I find totally amusing is that the Salesman has called me repeatedly to buy another Hyundai; What part of I WOULD NEVER BUY ANOTHER HYUNDAI don't they understand? After I told the salesman that I had purchased a Lexus, now I have another Salesperson calling me. It's pretty much a joke already. I have never been so happy in my life to get rid of a car, despite the fact that it was brand new. Someone got a great deal on the car and I wish them well with it. If you want to buy a Hyundai, just go anywhere but here! Buyer be warned!!!!
