  • Paid off my car a full year early. Sent the check with written directions to please send title to ME at my HOME ADDRESS which they have on file. Called them every single day to make sure they please send it to ME and not to the uninhabited home of my deceased grandmother (she co-signed the loan years back.) Called today and guess what? They went on ahead and sent it to my deceased grandmother's vacant home which is two hours away. No sympathy, no remorse, no apologies. Horrible, awful company.
