  • Terrible experience. Shopped there for years without a problem, until i went there to grab a few records with my 5 year old daughter in tow. Upon getting into the store, my little girl did a little bathroom sidestep and whispered that she needed to go to the bathroom. I asked if she could use theirs, which i have used before with no problems and was promptly told to go down the street to the coffe shop and have her use theirs. She did not make it, and ended up peeing her pants and car seat and crying the whole ride home. NEVER AGAIN. If youre a cat you can crap right in the storefront, but if youre a 5 year old little girl then go pee in an alley. Left a review of the incident on their facebook page and they never addressed it either. Go shop at Blue Arrow or This Way Out but I would skip the trip to Music Saves.
