  • Went in for their reasonable priced oil change and of course being an older female in my opinion, tried to pull a fast one. Their report was battery was about to die and needed to purchase a radiator service and the air filter needed changing all totaled $300 plus. Told them I'd think about it. Went to two separate places had the battery tested. Both came back that it was working fine. Checked the air filter and honestly thought they may had changed it as it was basically spotless. Added some radiator fluid as it was a tad low. I honestly don't understand that this service department was so trying to take advantage of an elder female. Called the manager and he wanted me to bring the car back to show me what their battery tester would show. Um no thanks,already went to auto zone and pep boys where it tested just fine. I honestly wonder if they actually changed the oil.
