I wanted to make sure and update my 1 star rating after my terrible experience with the Earnhardt sales staff. After submitting that review I received an email from Vanessa Villalobos, my service agent. She asked me to call her so she could get more information regarding my bad experience. The fact that the company cares about what's being said on Yelp and reaches out to you rates high in my book. I called Vanessa and she was very apologetic on the phone, she took down the information and was sincerely appreciative of my review and bringing this issue to their attention. Vanessa ended up sending me three free oil change coupons in the mail. I did not expect this gesture and would have still gone back for service on my Toyota, but the fact that they care enough to want to make it right, I truly appreciate that. Every once in a while you get a bad seed, but hopefully no one else will experience that at Earnhardt. Vanessa is awesome, we need more people in the world like her!
