The wife and I treated ourselves to a matinee today. The young lady in the ticket booth seemed helpful...at first. As she ran my debit card to pay for my purchase I was trying to put some of my other cards back into my wallet and didn't hear her instructions about not having a ticket taker inside. When told her I didn't understand what she said, she dramatically rolled her eyes and repeated the instructions. Quite exasperated I might add. It took a tremendous amount of patience to not respond to her childish behavior. I don't expect anything to come of this review, but I'm amazed that some, not all, people in the service industry behave as they do. Maybe she was having a crap day and some old ass making to have to take a few extra seconds to repeat herself was more than she could handle. Sad actually. Hopefully her tomorrow will be better.
