I bought a new car from AutoNation last January. I have taken in my car for service times and have not been very impressed. On the first occasion they were supposed to do some recall stuff and rotate my tires I also paid for a detail. They forgot to rotate the tires and the detail was one of the worst I have had, they missed all kinds of stuff and didn't do any glass.
Shortly after my tire was rotated one of them started slowly losing air, this is when I noticed that they didn't assign the tire sensors to the new positions as is the process for tire rotation. About a month later I have found that the tire is losing air actually has a bubble in the side wall.
At the same time I have a new Spark EV which is under warranty . I have called 4 times in the last 2 weeks trying to get both appointments scheduled and have left 4 messages. Noone has called me back. I guess their service department doesn't actually want to work.
