  • Would have liked to used this company but they didn't take me seriously. Ron came out and took measurements and a week later...nothing. He called and said he was still waiting in measurements from me. He said he couldn't do any planning whatsoever until I told him what size casita I wanted she he could plan the pool around that (please, you could do a rough sketch). Ok so I tell him we are going to do a 20 x 40 casita. Two weeks go by. Crickets. I text him. Crickets. I call and he answers. He says he is the manager and when can I come down so he can finish a sketch. He says he doesn't want to do sketch after sketch. Excuse me? If I'm going to be dropping close to 100k you should be willing to earn my business. He wouldn't even send a sketch via email. Says it's against company policy. I say go elsewhere. If they are this lazy before the project begins imagine how lazy they will be once they have your money.
