  • Called to confirm that a 2010 Equinox was still available. The person I spoke to confirmed that it was available and said he would have someone bring it around front. Drove 45 minutes just to be told that it was sold the previous day. The sales manager Ian didn't seem to care one bit about the inconvenience that was caused. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.
