  • The lady that we talked to, on the phone. The night our mom died, was very helpful. Had the person there to pick up our mom there on time. The next day, they called to set up an time to make the arrangements. Very helpful on that. Did not push on any up sell. Said it normal takes around 2 weeks, took almost 3 and an half weeks. Doctor drag his feet filling out the death certificate. But once they had it. They had it done in an couple of days. They kept in contract with us every other day.
