I do not recommend this property. Please read the reason why.
I wake up to a email from Bank of America saying unusual card activity. I see the charges from Lyft, Residence Inn, etc.. This hotel let someone check in, stay for x amount of nights, and leave using my credit card. Granted, I have never been to Pittsburgh before.
I called to see if their staff can help me find out who used my card and racked up a huge bill. I'm a single guy, have no kids or anything and obviously it was fraudulent charge.
First after being on hold for 15 minutes, Leah picked up. She said she couldn't help me because she was checking in guests. I offered to wait until she was finished, granted I am also in the hotel business in Texas, I know they can search for the last 4 digits of the card and help. She transferred me to Erica, who hung up and didn't even help me. I wouldn't have even left this review if it wasn't for Leah's terrible attitude in trying to help.
What terrible service. This is not the standards for service which is a Residence Inn franchise worthy. Owners or property management company needs to take note.
