  • Very friendly staff. Showed me what my finished product would look like. It was easy to make any changes before the order was set and final. Prices are VERY reasonable for custom printing and they have different options for the way your design is printed. I went to pick up my order and found that for whatever reason, I got white shirts with black lettering instead of black shirts with white lettering. Not sure what happened in the ordering process and unfortunately it's for Father's Day which is tomorrow. The owner Lisa was courteous and she offered to order black shirts for me and have it done right there but that the print would have to be vinyl. I opted out of it because I don't like vinyl with the design I had in mind. So I am a little disappointed and feel like I should have gotten some of my money back for the order but it didn't turn out too bad. However, I did order shirts from fanatics.com with my fiancĂ©'s NFL team on it (I got an adult one for him customized) one in a 2T and one in a 4T for each of my boys. They were matching. I requested to have their last name on the back with my older son having the number 02 and my younger one having the number 03 on the back, under the name. Somehow, those numbers got interchanged even though I double checked what was written down. Not sure what happened
