| - I am have been a few times and think I should throw in a good word. Let's start with I am a smoker, I like smoking, always have, hate dying, so I vape now.
First time I wanted simple, I went in, said give me something that will last all day and replace cigs. The owner didn't think twice and set me up with a great vape. the second time went in and another great set up. At this point I still know nothing about this and just trusted her and she gave me everything I would need for hassle free use.
I can not say enough the the owner is just wonderful to deal with. I hear the store manager knows her stuff too, but we butted heads a bit.
Unfortunately the second set up had a defect, even though it was weeks later the owner still gave me store credit.
Like all trendy things vaping has way to much to it. But after a day or so of research I realized that they stock there store with a basic blend of simple to use and high end products. I work all around the city and have been to most vape shops. I think they have the best overall selection if your just getting started and you don't quite know what your looking for, with none of the snobbish attitude that you get in a lot of these shops.
So the good and the bad the rest.
The Good:
Customer service to a degree is unheard of these days. Good selection. Great juice. Great guidance
The bad:
Price. Every item I bought there I could have bought for at least 40% less online. (Except juice) if your looking for a deal look elsewhere.
The rest:
It is worth paying the premium price for the level of service and knowledgeable staff, ESP if your just starting out. If you know your way around, or willing to read up on all the technical data and reviews, then the brick and mortar price might be a bit much for you.
