  • Jed was very easy to deal with and he did a great job. I think he was at the house for about five hours, may have been six. He went back the next day to meet the sellers real estate agent who stood him up and there was no charge for this even though it was a giant waste of his time. I really felt like he had my back, was looking out for my family and his report was very detailed. It showed things that were critical to fix and then some things that are just part of buying an 18 year old home and should be fixed eventually. I like that he used a thermal camera to check for mold and did a video of the inspection as well. I don't plant to move anytime soon, but I would use him again in an instant. His prices were much more reasonable than some of the others who perform similar inspections. He was great at communicating too which is a plus. hanks Jed.
