  • Sushi Twister is one of the few AYCE spots east of Green Valley Pkwy. We came here on a Saturday afternoon because it's usually crowded and on a wait during the dinner hours. I had AYCE ($22.95) and my wife had the teriyaki box ($8.95). My AYCE strategy is that I normally order as much variety of nigiri as I can to try and then have a roll or two. I'll usually order two orders of each fish. But here, the cuts of fish on the nigiri were so large that I only ordered one order of each fish after the first round. The sushi is solid, nothing out of the ordinary as far as selection of fish. But I was filled up pretty fast on the nigiri and didn't have room to try any of the rolls. So rolls will be on the agenda for the next visit. It was pretty busy for being the afternoon but the service was great because they had three servers working the dining area and they worked great as a team. We'll continue to come here when were on this side of town and want sushi during non peak hours.
