  • We purchased a previously used children's movie and when we got it home it didn't work. With receipt in hand I tried to return it and they wouldn't even give us a store credit. Apparently I was supposed to save the plastic wrapping. Store manager didn't care that we've been customers for +20 years. What happened to good customer service? Guess we'll move our scripts to Fry's!
