Horrible customer service!! I stopped by with my VW about a month ago to get a paint estimate. I was told that I MUST HAVE an appt. just to get an estimate. I had the day off today (a month later) so I called yesterday to make an appt. I called a "local" 623 area code phone # that was listed for this location. I asked if they worked on older vehicles and stated exactly the year and make of my vehicle. I was told "yes they do". So I made an appt. to bring my car in for an estimate at 7am. I drove 25 minutes to get there. I don't know the person that I spoke with because he mumbled his name. He didn't even shake my hand or properly introduce himself. He came out and asked "where's the car?" When I pointed it out he stated "We don't get into these because Its more restoration". I said "I asked over the phone and I was here before. Why was I told that you do?, its a waste of my time". Instead of being apologetic, he blamed it on "a call center rep" who made the appointment and told me the wrong thing. NEVER apologizing. Instead he stated "I didn't waste your time", in a cocky fashion. Thank GOD they don't service my year/make/model. I would never want to do business with a company that offers such terrible customer service. I only wish I did get a business card or could understand his name. Because I would complain to their corporate office. As each and every one of their shops should live up to a certain standard and I'm sure that Service King would not want this to be the way that they are represented.
