We used Best Friends Pet Care for the first time over the Christmas holiday. We had a very good experience with them. Staff was very friendly and caring for our dog. The facilities were quality as well. VERY reasonably priced (especially for a holiday weekend). I appreciated the "checking in" emails they sent during our dog's stay.
Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the communication regarding billing and our dog's vaccinations could have been better. When we checked the dog in, they said his Boradatella was not up to date so they would have their mobile clinic come out and administer the vaccine for $40. No big deal. But when I picked our dog up, I found out the vaccine was not administered because his Bordatella WAS up to date. We obviously weren't charged for it, but the back and forth was a little frustrating.
All said and done, if we need to board our dog in Charlotte again, we'll be taking him here. Very friendly and attentive staff. Very nice facilities. Reasonably priced. Very good experience.
