I genuinely like Ramen Sora for how rich their broth is. It has a robust flavor that is unlike any other place in Vegas. It can be overpowering, but I found that it was just complex and hearty.
I had started with the small bowl of charshu curry. I will be the first to admit that I have had my fair share of bad curry, especially of the Japanese variety, and have develop a phobia about trying it again. I got so many shocked reactions due to my declaration against it that I had to try it again. It was actually very good. I like their pickled radish here. It is slightly sweet and paired well with the curry. A few days later, I made a curry for a potluck and I might not dislike the Japanese version as much as I initially thought. I was still ravenous and ordered a bowl of the menma ramen as well. I am a huge fan of bamboo. It can be fresh, cured, or dried. If it is an option, I am ordering it. Especially if it is the main component of the dish. I ended up stealing all of my friends, too. Sora offers a solid bowl of soup.
