I'm currently a customer of Wells Fargo and I must say with all honesty and sincerity, and with a little anger and a lot of frustrations; THIS IS A TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE AND DISGRACEFUL banking institution next to Chase! It's unfortunate because, I thought the banking industry could not do any worse than Chase, however, I was wrong. The customer service reps and supervisors are incompetent, unprofessional, rude and just simply horrible. With their terrible money gauging practices coupled with their inability to perform their simple jobs correctly definitely puts them in the front runner position for the worse banking institution ever. Within the last two years, per MSN website, "The Worst Customer Service" column, I was not surprised to see Wells Fargo in the top five on the list. Just a brief description of the many disastrous encounters with this institution; I open my first account with Wells Fargo in 2008, however, after learning their money gauging practices with personal
Accounts, I decided to closed my account and terminate our business relationship immediately. I closed the account in good standing owing the bank absolutely nothing! In 2014, {under different circumstances with trying to match accounts with a family member to avoid unnecessary fees} I reopened an account with Wells Fargo, again {against all better judgment}; and was given a "second chance account" without any notification at all of me being put into an account with major restrictions and limitations on the usage of my funds. This is just one of the terrible incidents I've encountered and unfortunately, I'm not an novelist for this documentation of my experiences as a customer will be just that, a novel!
