| - Although the salon offers good services and the prices are also reasonable, still I would not like to go for another Brazilian wax there. I had Brazilian wax done once before, but it seems that in this salon they just cover the front in Brazilian, whereas in this type of waxing both the front and back (butt) are covered. Unfortunately, this time it was painful too, I can take in pain and I know as it is a sensitive area a bit of bleeding is also possible, but none of this happened when the first time I went for my Brazilian (this was my second time). Why would it pain so much the second time? I think it depends on the expertise of the beautician and even the wax that they are using. Casey also did not used any ointment or soothing cream for bumps after my waxing was done, just recommended me to use Neosprin because of the bleeding in certain areas. She might be a good makeup artist (although they were wearing very gaudy make-up), but I think their waxing skills are not on expert level. If this wasn't a Groupon I would have never opted for this salon. If you want to try their waxing services go for the lesser sensitive areas like arms and legs or just stick to face/make-up services.
Another thing I found really odd is the way they handle appointments. They only take in appointment via text or email (info is also available on their website), which is quiet a wait time. Although their response is quick, but why not take in appointment via phone??? I got my appointment confirmed after a wait of seven days ( they missed my email because it got in their spam folder) and the final confirmation was sent a day before the appointment was fixed via text again. I even left a voicemail to them, but they only got back to me by email :(. Make sure you have enough time flexibility and patience before you fix an appointment.
