Walked into this shop this afternoon. Have been a regular customer for 7-8 years. Two stylists were both cutting hair, with one customer waiting. The stylist took my name and told me it's about a half hour wait, which seemed reasonable. After 40 minutes, the other waiting customer and another customer who came in after me were seated. I figured maybe this other guy had already put his name in and come back.
After another 20 minutes (I'm up to an hour now), more people were seated ahead of me! What I realized was, anyone who registered online was bumped ahead of me! No employee ever told me this, and no one ever acknowledged that my 30 minute estimate would be 90 minutes minimum, unless some more online registrations came in! I got the f**k out of there.
I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN ANOTHER GREAT CLIPS AGAIN. WORST CASE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN 5 YEARS AT LEAST
