  • I work in the hospitality industry. This company is by far the worst I've ever come across. The owners name is Tim, and is as bad as they come. I called this company on behalf of a guest that was complaining about a terrible driver. Tim answered the phone. He sounded like he was sleeping and angry. When I explained I worked at a prominent casino and had a guest complaint regarding CT limo he said, "have your manager call me" and then hung up! I called back and explained I WAS the manager! He said the same thing again and hung up on me for a second time!! I spoke to some of the valet attendants that confirmed this company is known for terrible service, old cars, and bad management. Apparently Tim is known around the city as terrible person as well. Avoid at all cost!
