  • I have to say, this company is beyond shady. As for checking out cars, while being out of town, they seemed to forget to tell you, that the Arizona Law: is once the car is driven off the lot, you are not allowed to refund your car FOR ANY REASON. Even if things change, or something bad happens. I think it's funny, they are quick to sell you a bunch of bullsh*t plans, and add-ons, but don't want to take responsibility for the problems that can occur if someone were to change their mind. Also, even if you get the price lowered, they tack on additional $3,000 of fees, including tints which were already previously on, $599 oil changes for up to 3 years, and a bunch of things in which to make a quick buck. I guess this is what you get in Arizona. If I were you, goto a different dealership. I personally, would never step foot into this dealership again. And for an update, we reached out to the dealership numerous times after the whole process, and it just seems no one can answer the phone or return a call... I guess they all must have broken hands.
