  • In regards to check in, the line was long for checking in on a Tuesday evening but Andres was great. He was very personable and pleasant to deal with. In room wifi sucks! We had three laptops two tablets and two phones after calling tech support we were finally able to get a laptop connect but it never was acceptable and worked better poolside than it did in the room. If you are going to the pool, heads up that you must show your room key to the security guard and outside food and drinks are not allowed.
