  • This place is extremely strict about overserving alcohol. We were there one time and one member of our group had a little too much to drink. Mind you, we were completely able to help him home. He lived right next door and was not driving. What did they do? They put a lifetime ban on serving everyone in our party, for no good reason. I appreciate that there are reasons behind these rules around alcohol, but this establishment takes it way overboard I felt like I was in a dictatorship like North Korea or something. For this reason, I will not be inviting my friends back there in the future. It's a shame, because there are very few pubs left in the Yonge and Eglinton area.
