  • Very relaxed atmosphere with the nicest staff! Parliament is the perfect quaint coffee shop that falls neatly between your mass market coffee shops and your elite pretentious coffee shops. It is perfectly balanced by providing exceptional, intentional coffee quickly at great prices. The shop itself is an amazing space where you can come socialize, work, or study. Not only do they have fantastic coffee but they also have gourmet pastries, and homemade soups, salads, and snacks. Also - they will be selling Philadelphia soft pretzels!!! Being from Pennsylvania, I couldn't be happier. I will most definitely be back here many many more times! I loved it!
