  • I have been to this nail salon (located next to the food court in Great Northern Mall) three times, and have had manicures and pedicures by three different people, and my experience has been pretty consistent: The Good: no matter who is doing my nails, the work is impeccable and friendly. They seriously will work and rework each nail for several minutes, making the shape absolutely perfect. Even after perfectly polishing my nails, they will take the acetone-wet paintbrush and go around the edges, making each nail look even more perfect. My feet were in particularly bad shape the last time I went (lots of barefoot gardening will do that...), and I left feeling like a lady again. The hand / foot massages are heaven, too. The Bad: even when I make an appointment, they are always so busy that I have had to wait at least 30 minutes. The last two times, someone will have me start soaking at a pedi station for thirty mins until someone becomes available. This is not really a dealbreaker to me - I just read a magazine or book. They obviously are busy because they are great at what they do!! The prices are pretty average: I think it is about $45 including tax (before tip) for a mani / pedi. After three great visits (except for having to wait), I definitely plan on making this my usual place!!
