  • They were all kissing my ass at first but when I had to go back less than 30 days later because my brand new Samsung washer EXPLODED and torn up the laundry room and the dryer, they treated me like I had a disease!! And their "warranty" that I paid for was USELESS and they said it didn't cover that!! It took over a year and an attorney to finally get them to pick it up. Then on top of that the driver flooded the still jacked up laundry room when he picked it. For the first month I was kicked from department to department, person to person, trying to find help but after that NOTHING! The repairman came at 6:05 p.m. over a week later and said it was after 6 so he couldn't look at it and he'd have to come back but he never rerurned. After that no one would talk to me, call me back or help in anyway. Then Samsung promised me a refund and to pay for the damages and it's been over 4 months and nothing yet and now they are trying to back out of paying for damages their washer caused!! Stay away from Conn's and Samsung washers!!
