It does everything it's supposed to do so what else to rate but 5-stars?
Clean. Endless food. Great and genuinely friendly service from the (I presume) owner all the way through the 'meat runners.'
Yes, perhaps being located in an office building and having a slightly dated interior throws some people off, but I'm not one of those. I'm coming to a restaurant to eat - I care about cleanliness, good service, and most of all - THE FOOD. You handle those 3, and I'm yours.
Great cold buffet to start....seafood, vegetables, Italian cold cuts, cheeses, ...I'd be happy just eating from this there are so many options.
As far as the meats, for me the highlights were the steaks. In the future I'd pass on the pork, turkey, and chicken. Probably the majority of the filet options as well. The one notable exception being the filet in mushroom wine sauce.
Lamb chops were also good.
But that flank steak? Whewwwww. Yeah, make sure you get some of that. The tenderloin, skirt, ribeye and other steaks cuts were all also very tasty. They were so much more flavorful than the filet I don't know why I would ever eat filet again.
Yes, it's pricey, but for an occasional indulgence or special occasion this place will definitely be in my future.
Enjoy.
