  • My husband has been searching for a lash place for me to go to for a while now since I always complain to him that for me it seems that I have none. He found this place while researching, and brought me over one night after he got his hair cut at a nearby barber shop to inquire. Once we walked in they took care of us right away. They answered my questions, and showed me where the lash lounge was. They checked what my lashes was, and gave a recommendation for me that they have a special on as well. I booked my appointment the following day. They have such great customer service, and the appointment reminders as well. I was comfortable the whole entire time my lashes were being done which was great since I was spending an hour and a half there. Iesha my lash artist was so informative and assisting with my every need. I got the classic lashes. It came out great. My husband loved it. Everyone that saw it was asking, "Did you get your lashes done? Wow." One of my Aunts in California that saw it when we went for my Grandma's funeral said she needs to get one for her. One of my cousins that's a hair stylist from Hawaii that gets it done all the time just got hers done before coming to Cali was so disappointed with hers when she saw mine because hers looked like it all feel out already. Hers costed more since it was the mink one she said and they didn't do it right in Hawaii. She didn't have her usual lash artist that's why. We looked in Yelp to find her a place in Simi Valley, CA to have hers redone. Having my lashes done here was a great experience for me. My overall experience at this place was so great. The place was cozy, relaxing, and friendly environment. Everyone has great customer service. I can't wait to go back when I have time again.
