  • Tried to run a quick errand to pick up pine needles. We paid for the bales. We waited. I called customer service who said someone will be right there and even spoke face to face with two employees standing around talking near the garden center. I asked nicely if they could please help, but was told, "It will be a few minutes." After 25 minutes, we gave up. We went to returns, got a refund and left. We will try Home Depot next time.
