I love reuse projects like this. They killed it with the conversion of the house and the creation of an inviting patio with ample seating. Inside, the semi-tacky painting of the Phoenix rising above the mantel is pretty slick. It reminded me of when I was a child, staring at the uber funky mural in terminal 2 while waiting for some family member's plane to arrive. But, I digress. Anyway, the service was great - very friendly and attentive. We loved the artichoke dip. The sandwiches were reasonably priced and pretty good, to boot. Oh, and they have Four Peaks on tap and AZ wine available. All in all, I really enjoyed the vibe of the place and will absolutely return. If you haven't tried it out, you should definitely stop by.
