Buyer be aware... the service department unfortunately treated not only my wife badly, but didn't do the "right thing" in my estimation. It started with a battery issue 18 months after she purchased the car. Bad battery replaced under warranty! Sounds good so far, right. That replacement battery, dead after 12 months... took it back and Van's Service tells us that the replacement battery warranty ended after the 36,000 / 3 year warranty expired??? Wtf??? Really?
When we asked to speak to the Service Manager, they told us that we weren't allowed??? Again really??
Today they supposedly did a diagnostic on the car and said that it's the "Arizona Heat"!!! LOL
Van's, you have lost a customer, of which we have been loyal for 18 years! And will not refer you ever... shame on you for such horrific customer non service!
Although the driver, Burt, gets 5 stars!
