  • I'm really disappointed in this dealership. I brought my car in this morning for an appointment for a recall on my Prius. Service was fine, went quickly and they called when it was finished. However, after I picked up my car and left, I saw they broke my driver's side blind spot mirror. The mirror part was totally gone. The passenger side had been adjusted as well; I'm not sure why they were messing with the mirrors. No one mentioned it to me or apologized. I drive clients around for a living and it is important to me to have the blind spot mirror. I went to the store to by another one and they didn't have the same one as before, so I ended up having to replace both sides. It was a total pain in the ass as anyone who has ever tried to take them off knows; took forever to get the glue and gunk off the mirror. Won't be coming here again.
