Went for iPhone support on a day we knew would be busy, but had an appointment. Even after they told us to sit down it took FOREVER for them to help us. There were several walk-ins who got helped immediately. The advice turned out to be "try restoring it," which they easily could have told us to do without ever coming in. Colossal waste of time. I understand if they're busy, but they need to assign fewer appointments and prioritize walk-ins less.
