  • Extremely dishonest company!! SCAM!! This company will tell you anything to get your business. Once you've "bought into their sales pitch".. Prepare for the road to hell! The endless promises and lies never ended until the closing on my first home. The worst experience I've ever encountered, and sadly on such a large purchase which should be exciting. The employees working out of this office were extremely unprofessional,..poor communication, poor follow through, uneducated in the business their promoting, and wrong answers to your questions. An employee there went as far as to even yell and hang up on the Title company employee who was working with them, in front of me on speaker phone! So unprofessional! All their information vs. as to what actually occurs was so far off and EVERY incident was just brushed off and ALWAYS just stated as "were sorry you were given the incorrect information"... After multiple times of that occurring it makes you question how they are even in business with all the incompetent employees. The Realtor even had multiple issues with them and couldn't believe the service I received. This company will definitely reap the effects by word of mouth from several business companies in the northwest and west valley. Hoping someone can eventually shut this office down and prevent anymore false advertising and poor customer service to anyone else. This experience was unbelievable!!
