  • I was renting here for years and the last month I asked before the month was up for the statement and was told they did not have this because of the water usage was not set yet. Even though they are a month behind. My lease ends the 9th but they want me to pay the 1st and again the 9th for water 2 time payments. The lease agreement I have has the late charges and they are different from what they charged me. Vina the office manager sucks she has bad customer service and should be fired and never have a job. She would not let us make our rent payment with out the late charges that we still had not spoken to her boss about and it was almost 6pm closing. Stephani the manager we called all day and never returned our calls. I had stuff stolen from apartment months ago went to them and they did nothing about it when the crew came into my apartment her response was we have all new employees the old ones are gone. And did nothing about my stuff
