  • We moved in a house managed by Robinson Realty while I was 8 months pregnant. We had the option to buy but decided to rent for awhile so we could have a move in ready home with no maintenance up front since we would have a newborn. WRONG! The house seemed nice until we moved in. We have had to have EVERY SINGLE appliance in our house (plus more) worked on or replaced. (& as of now we have only lived here for 4 months) And to get every single appliance fixed it has taken a tremendous amount of effort on our part to get ahold of our property manager. On top of that we never received any sort of deduction on rent or even a simple apology. I wish I would have read reviews on this management company before signing a lease. We will be moving out of this house when our lease is up & WILL NOT move into another house managed by Robinson Realty.
