This place is 100% about the money. The receptionist cut me off and asked me which insurance I had, and kept pushing to find out which specific type I had from my company, the next question out of her mouth was if I keep with the full immunization schedule (which I think I should have the choice about as my child's parent as I don't do EVERY single one) but at any rate she said they refused to treat my daughter because she didn't have all the immunizations. I told her that I'd be willing for my daughter to get them, but she said that "parents say that and then they don't end up doing it". I feel like it's impossible for me to get immunizations if you don't see me in the first place to give my child immunizations. You have a serious front desk issue that I can only assume is a result of profit driven instruction by her employers. I certainly hope I'm wrong and that it's just the front desk person.
