rev:text	I have been a patient here for a few years and I never had an issue until today. The doctors and a few staff are awesome but overall the office manager should definitely be disciplined or fired. Supposedly the office managers name is Holly, but when I asked for her last name she would not provide it to me after she was so unprofessional with the way she handled my situation with the questions that I had. It is ashame because I really liked this place too....
